The Indiana Invaders have partnered with Butler University and developed an improved sign-up process for competition officials and volunteers interested in working both Butler and Invaders hosted track & field competitions each year.
As a USATF certified official, you have invested a great amount of time and effort to become an expert in our sport. We are proud of the numerous competition officials that have created and continued the tradition of officiating excellence here in the state of Indiana! For those that have worked with us in the past, we look forward to continuing our ongoing relationship and we welcome new officials to join us in our mission to put on high quality events for collegian and post-collegiate athletes from all over the country.
The program officially begins on July 19th with the USA Club T&F;
Championships in Bloomington, IN. However, we invite you to sign-up
to help with Butler University's meets starting with their first
outdoor meet on April 19th.
The first annual drawing recognizing the winning official/volunteer
will be at the 2004 USATF National Club Championships on July 3rd,
2004 in Bloomington, IN. This will also be a great place to recognize
the entire officials and volunteer's pool and even the Indiana
Association's USATF Official of the Year which is awarded annually
at the February meeting of Indiana USATF.
We have created a new incentive system to reward your efforts and participation with us.
We are looking for event area captains to assist in the coordination of our officials and volunteers.
We want to know more about you so we can better recognize your efforts!
